You can also search through a specific album in the Image Explorer. Simply right-click on the album’s name and choose Find in this Folder. This will bring up a search dialog where you can specify keywords and file types.

You can move your results into the My Albums area for easy access by clicking on the Add to My Albums button in the Search Results dialog.
